Day 01: Arrival in Lima
Upon your arrival in Lima, our staff will be waiting at the airport to transfer you to your chosen hotel.
Night in Lima.
Day 02: Lima City Tour – Trujillo (B)
Breakfast at the hotel.
At the scheduled time, we will pick you up to begin your Colonial and Modern Lima City Tour, starting with a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean.
We will drive through the modern districts of Miraflores and San Isidro, observing Huaca Pucllana, a pre-Inca ceremonial pyramid temple.
Next, we visit the Historic Center of Lima (UNESCO World Heritage Site) to enjoy the 16th-century Spanish colonial architecture.
We will visit the Convent of Santo Domingo, which houses the relics of three Peruvian saints: Saint Rose of Lima, Saint Martin de Porres, and Saint John Macias.
Afterward, transfer to the airport for your flight to Trujillo.
Upon arrival, welcome by our staff and transfer to your hotel.
Night in Trujillo.
Day 03: Trujillo – Witness and Mission (B,L)
Breakfast at the Hotel.
Pick-up at 08:45 a.m.
During the journey, a general introduction to the pilgrimage and an opening prayer will be provided (approx. 30 minutes).
First, we visit the Metropolitan Archdiocese of Trujillo to learn about the Pope’s role and the Church’s mission.
Then, a brief visit to the Church of Our Lady of Montserrat for personal reflection.
The next stop is the Church of San Carlos and San Marcelo for communal prayer and contemplation.
At noon, we head to the Moche Countryside for lunch.
Later, we visit the Church of Santa Rita de Casia and the Convent of San Agustín, where the room used by the Pope is located.
Finally, we transfer to Chiclayo (approx. 45 min).
Night in Chiclayo.
Day 04: Chiclayo and its Shrines (B, L)
After breakfast, we transfer to Ferreñafe (approx. 1 hour) to visit the Shrine of Our Lady of Peace for prayer and reflection.
We continue to Ciudad Eten to visit the Shrine of the Divine Child of the Miracle, where a consecration prayer and an explanation of this devotion will take place.
We will also visit the Church of Saint Mary Magdalene.
At noon, we head to Pimentel for lunch.
In the afternoon, we visit Monsefú and the Temple of the Captive Lord of Monsefú.
Return to Chiclayo.
Night in Chiclayo.
Day 05: Faith, History, and Culture (B,L)
Breakfast at the Hotel.
We depart for Zaña (approx. 50 min) to visit the historic San Agustín Convent ruins.
Then, we head to the Huaca Rajada archaeological park for a guided tour of the discovery of the Lord of Sipán (Moche culture).
After lunch, we visit the Royal Tombs of Sipán Museum, home to the original gold artifacts and the most significant archaeological finds in the region.
Night in Chiclayo.
Day 06: Chiclayo – Cusco (B)
Breakfast at the Hotel.
At the scheduled time, transfer to the airport for your flight to the imperial city of Cusco.
Our staff will be waiting to take you to your hotel.

Day 07: Super Sacred Valley Tour (B, L)
Early Breakfast.
We visit the Chinchero artisan market, the Moray circular terraces, and the Maras Salt Mines.
After a delicious buffet lunch, we explore the Ollantaytambo fortress.
In the evening, we board the train to Aguas Calientes (approx. 1h 40min).
Night in Aguas Calientes.
Day 08: Historic Sanctuary of Machu Picchu (B, L)
Breakfast at the Hotel.
We take the bus up to the Machu Picchu citadel.
We will enjoy a guided tour of this UNESCO World Heritage Site, highlighting its Inca architecture and natural biodiversity.
Return to Aguas Calientes for lunch at an exclusive restaurant.
Later, board the return train to Cusco and transfer to your hotel.
Night in Cusco.
Day 09: Cusco City Tour – Farewell (B)
Breakfast at the Hotel.
We visit the Cathedral and the Qoricancha (Temple of the Sun).
Then, we head to the outskirts to visit the Sacsayhuamán fortress, Q’enqo, Puka Pukara, and Tambomachay.
At the end of the tour, we collect your luggage and transfer you to the airport for your flight home.

2. Programs are quoted based on the hotel’s standard room category (most economical), for upgrades to superior categories, please contact us.
3. It is the responsibility of each passenger to ensure they have the required travel documents, which must be valid (with at least six months of validity beyond the end of the trip) and in good condition, generally, these include a passport, ID card (for countries that allow it as a substitute for a passport), transit and destination visas where required, and specific vaccination certificates if mandatory, the travel document used for the trip must be the same one used to confirm the booking.
4. Check-in and Check-out times are determined by each hotel, generally, rooms are available for check-in starting at 3:00 PM, and check-out must be before 12:00 PM, late check-outs may incur additional charges, it is important to follow the recommendations provided by your assistant during check-in or inquire at the front desk regarding specific schedules.
5. Requests for specific room types (king-size bed or two twin beds), triple rooms, extra beds, and/or cribs are subject to confirmation by each hotel.
6. In certain destinations and hotels, triple rooms may consist of two full-size (double) beds, requiring guests to share beds.
7. Tourists are obligated to conduct themselves with respect for human rights, the environment, and the cultural and natural heritage of our countries, as well as the multi-ethnic conditions, beliefs, customs, and lifestyles of the local inhabitants.
8. Any conduct that interferes with the safety and comfort of other group participants, such as the consumption of drugs or excessive alcohol, is strictly prohibited, engaging in services involving escorts (prostitution) is not tolerated during the trip, the use of minors for such services is strictly penalized by peruvian authorities. DMC PERÚ AGENCY is committed to protecting the integrity of minors and adolescents.
Itineraries
Itineraries have been planned with great care; however, due to operational reasons, weather conditions, political factors, or any other unforeseen events, it may be necessary to change the sequence of activities or the specified route, such cases are exceptional, and travelers will be duly informed, the order of excursions may be altered to improve the overall tourist experience.
Services Not Included
The travelers is responsible for all administrative procedures such as: obtaining and renewing passports, visas, and travel insurance, also excluded are excess baggage fees, beverages, laundry services, communication costs (calls, faxes, emails, etc.), domestic and international airport departure taxes, tips, and any other services or fees not specified in the itinerary.
Unused Services
Certain services may be interrupted or canceled due to weather conditions or force majeure (acts of nature, social unrest, strikes, etc.) beyond the control of hotels, airlines, other providers, or DMC PERU AGENCY.
No refunds will be issued for such interruptions or cancellations beyond our control, DMC PERU AGENCY will assist travelers at all times and modify the itinerary for their benefit, providing permanent assistance.
Sales Tax (IGV) Exemption for Non-Resident Accommodation
Foreign visitors (Non-residents of Peru) are exempt from the 18% IGV tax on hotel accommodation and meals consumed within the hotel. Our quotes already include this exemption. The only valid documents for this exemption are the PASSPORT + ANDEAN MIGRATION CARD (TAM).
The passport must show an entry stamp to Peru dated within 60 days of the hotel check-in.
Insurance
We strongly recommend that passengers obtain travel cancellation, repatriation, and international medical insurance to cover any issues during the trip, we also suggest consulting a doctor regarding updated vaccinations and international travel medical concerns.
Air Tickets.
100% payment is required for ticket issuance, rates are subject to availability, and the final price is only guaranteed once the ticket is purchased, refunds, changes, and penalties are governed strictly by the airline’s policies, tickets are non-refundable and non-endorsable in case of cancellation.
Train Tickets
100% payment is required for train ticket issuance, rates are subject to availability, and the price is only guaranteed upon purchase, refunds, changes, and penalties are governed by the train company’s policies.
Baggage Responsibility
DMC PERU AGENCY recommends that all passengers arrive in Peru with travel insurance that covers lost luggage.
DMC PERU AGENCY cannot be held responsible for:

Lost or delayed luggage during domestic or international flights, carry-on items, or personal belongings.

Objects left behind by passengers in hotels, vehicles, or visited sites.

Note: We advise passengers not to pack valuables in their checked luggage during transfers and flights.
Booking Policies
All bookings must mandatory include the following passenger/group information: a. Full names | b. Nationalities | c. Passport or ID number | d. Date of birth | e. Gender | f. Dietary restrictions (allergies, intolerances, vegan, vegetarian, etc.), the traveler is exclusively responsible for any consequences arising from the omission of physical or medical information, if the passenger books flights independently, they must provide the airline reservation code, foreign students must present a valid University Student ID card to access discounts; no other documents are accepted. g. Passport/ID number is MANDATORY for issuing entrance tickets, bus, train, and flight tickets. h. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry into Peru.

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing, we will provide an immediate response after consulting with service providers, specifying the respective cancellation fees, requests will be processed on business days.
Cancellation Charges
Cancellation fees tend to increase as the arrival date approaches.
DMC PERU AGENCY will make every effort to keep these costs as low as possible.
Child Policies
Discounts apply only to children under 8 years of age for site entrance fees, hotel discounts apply according to each provider’s specific policy.
Liability Clause
DMC PERU AGENCY shall not be held liable for injury, death, loss, delay, or damage to personal items resulting from force majeure: illness, government restrictions, civil war, insurrection, strikes, criminal/terrorist activity, food poisoning, or mechanical failure of aircraft/transportation.
We are not responsible for errors or omissions by third-party providers booked independently by the client.
DMC PERU AGENCY reserves the right to take photographs or films during trips for promotional and commercial purposes.
