Day 01: Flight Lima – Trujillo (B)
Upon arrival in Trujillo, welcome by our staff and transfer to your selected hotel to settle in and rest.
Night in Trujillo.
Day 02: Trujillo – Encounter and Mission (B, L)
After breakfast, hotel pick-up at 08:45 a.m.
During the drive, an introduction to the pilgrimage and an opening prayer will be provided (approx. 30 min).
Visit the Metropolitan Archbishopric of Trujillo, the Church of Our Lady of Monserrat for personal reflection, and the Church of San Carlos and San Marcelo for community prayer.
After lunch in the Moche Countryside, visit the Church of Saint Rita of Casia and the Saint Augustine Convent (featuring the Pope’s room).
Transfer to Chiclayo (approx. 45 min).
Night in Chiclayo.
Day 03: Chiclayo and its Sanctuaries (B, L)
Transfer to Ferreñafe to visit the Virgin of Peace Sanctuary for prayer and reflection.
Continue to Ciudad Eten to visit the Sanctuary of the Divine Child of the Miracle (Consecration prayer) and the Church of Saint Mary Magdalene.
Lunch in Pimentel, followed by a visit to the Lord of the Captive Temple in Monsefú.
Return to Chiclayo.
Night in Chiclayo.
Day 04: Faith, History, Culture & Return to Lima (B, L)
Transfer to Zaña to visit the historic Saint Augustine Convent.
Continue to the Huaca Rajada archaeological complex for a guided tour of the Lord of Sipán discovery.
After lunch, visit the Royal Tombs of Sipán Museum to view original artifacts.
Return to the hotel to collect belongings and depart for Lima.
Night in Lima.
Day 05: Lima City Tour (B)
City tour of Colonial and Modern Lima, starting with views of the Pacific Ocean through Miraflores and San Isidro.
Pass by Huaca Pucllana before heading to the Historic Center (UNESCO site).
Visit the Santo Domingo Convent (relics of Saint Rose of Lima, Saint Martin de Porres, and Saint John Macias) and the Nazarenas Church (Lord of the Miracles).
Night in Lima.
Day 06: Lima – Gamarra Shopping Tour (B)
Transfer to the famous Gamarra commercial hub in downtown Lima.
Enjoy free time to explore the textile district and shop at your leisure.
Night in Lima.
Day 07: Farewell (B)
After breakfast, scheduled transfer to the airport for your flight home.

2.- Programs are quoted based on the hotel’s most basic/economical room category. For superior categories, please contact us.
3.- It is the responsibility of each passenger to carry all required travel documents, which must be valid (with at least six months of validity remaining after the scheduled return date) and in good condition, generally, these include a passport or national ID (for countries where this is exceptionally permitted in lieu of a passport), transit and destination visas where required, and specific vaccination certificates if necessary. The passenger’s travel document must be the same one used to confirm the reservation.
4.- Check-in and check-out times are set by each hotel. In general, rooms are available for entry starting at 3:00 PM (15:00) and departure must be before 12:00 PM. Late check-outs may incur additional charges. It is important to follow the recommendations provided by your assistant during check-in and/or inquire at the hotel reception regarding their specific schedules.
5.- Requests for double rooms (matrimonial or twin), triples, extra beds, and/or cribs are subject to confirmation by each hotel.
6.- In some destinations and hotels, triple rooms may consist of two double beds, which requires sharing beds.
7.- Tourists are required to conduct themselves with respect for the rights of others, the environment, and the cultural and natural heritage of our countries, as well as the multi-ethnic conditions, beliefs, customs, and lifestyles of the local inhabitants.
8.- Conduct that interferes with the safety and comfort of other group participants, such as the consumption of drugs and alcohol, is strictly prohibited. The use of escort services (prostitution) is not tolerated during the trip. The use of minors for such services is a crime penalized by Peruvian authorities. DMC PERU AGENCY protects the integrity of children and adolescents.
Itineraries. – Itineraries have been planned with great care. However, due to operational reasons, weather conditions, political factors, or any other eventuality, it may be necessary to change the sequence of activities or the specified route. Such cases are exceptional, and passengers will be informed. The order of excursions may be modified to improve the overall tourist experience.
Services Not Included. – The passenger is responsible for all administrative procedures, including: obtaining and updating passports, visas, travel insurance, excess baggage fees, beverages, laundry services, communications (calls, faxes, emails, etc.), domestic and international airport departure taxes, tips, or any other services and fees not specified in the itinerary.
Unused Services. – Some services may be interrupted or canceled due to weather conditions or force majeure events such as acts of nature, social unrest, strikes, etc., or other factors beyond the control of the hotels, airlines, providers, or DMC PERU AGENCY. No refunds will be issued as a result of such interruptions or cancellations beyond our control. DMC PERU AGENCY will assist the passenger at all times and modify the itinerary for the passenger’s benefit, providing permanent assistance.
VAT (IGV) Exemption for Non-Resident Accommodations: Foreign visitors (non-residents in Peru) are exempt from these taxes on accommodation and meals within hotels. Our quotes already include this exemption. The only valid documents for this exemption are the PASSPORT + ANDEAN MIGRATION CARD (TAM), which must show an entry stamp to Peru dated within 60 days of the hotel check-in and during the stay.
Insurance. – We recommend that passengers obtain travel insurance covering cancellation, repatriation, and international medical expenses to cover any issues that may arise during the trip. We also suggest consulting a doctor to update vaccinations and review any medical concerns regarding international travel.
Air Tickets. – 100% payment is required for ticket issuance. Rates are subject to availability, and the final price is only guaranteed once the ticket is purchased. Refunds, permitted/non-permitted changes, and penalties are subject to the airline’s specific policies. Tickets are non-refundable and non-endorsable in case of cancellation.
Train Tickets. – 100% payment is required for train ticket issuance. Rates are subject to availability, and the final price is only guaranteed upon purchase. Refunds, permitted/non-permitted changes, and penalties apply according to the train company’s policy.
Baggage Responsibilities. – DMC PERU AGENCY recommends that all passengers arrive in Peru with their own travel insurance that includes coverage for lost luggage. DMC PERU AGENCY cannot be held responsible for:

Lost or delayed baggage during domestic or international flights, nor for carry-on or personal items.

Objects forgotten by passengers in hotels, vehicles, or sites visited during the trip.

We advise passengers not to include valuable items in their checked baggage during transfers and flights.
Booking Policies. – All reservations must mandatorily include the following passenger/group information: a. Full names and surnames. b. Nationalities. c. Passport or ID number. d. Date of birth. e. Gender. f. Dietary restrictions (allergies, intolerances, vegan, vegetarian, etc.), if any. Any consequences arising from the omission of physical or medical information are the sole responsibility of the passenger.

For foreign students: proper accreditation with a valid student ID card clearly showing its expiration date. No other document is accepted to request student discounts for tourist attractions.

Cancellations and Refunds. – Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing including all related information, we will provide an immediate response after consulting with service providers, indicating the respective cancellation or annulment charges. Requests will be processed on business days.
Cancellation Charges. – Cancellation fees tend to increase as the arrival date approaches. DMC PERU AGENCY will make its best effort to ensure these charges are as low as possible.
Child Policies. – Discounts apply only to children under 8 years of age for attraction entrance fees. Hotel discounts apply according to the specific policy of each hotel and/or provider.
Responsibility Clause. – DMC PERU AGENCY shall not be held responsible for any injury, death, loss, delay, inconvenience, or damage to personal items in relation to the provision of any goods or services due to force majeure: illness, government restrictions, acts of civil war, insurrection or rebellion, strikes, or other criminal/terrorist activities of any kind, food poisoning, mechanical failure of aircraft or other means of transport, or delays in departure or arrival. DMC PERU AGENCY is not responsible for errors or omissions by any provider (such as accommodations or transport companies) if the client books independently with a provider other than DMC PERU AGENCY. Support will be provided according to our scope of authority. DMC PERU AGENCY reserves the right to take photographs or film recordings of any of its trips and use such media for promotional and/or commercial purposes.
